Texas Ai Sales provides AI-powered receptionist and lead follow-up services for small and medium businesses, built and configured by Bradley Tech Group LLC.
Plans are billed monthly at the rate shown at signup. A one-time setup fee applies as described on the Pricing page and, where applicable, the Trial Terms page. There are no long-term contracts required — plans are month-to-month unless you elect an annual commitment.
New clients may be offered a 3-month free trial. Trial terms, including how the one-time setup fee is handled during and after the trial, are described in full on our Trial Terms page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Month-to-month clients may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Clients on an annual commitment are responsible for the remaining scheduled setup-fee installments as described in the Trial Terms.
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not to use it to harass, deceive, or defraud callers or third parties.
The service is provided "as is." Bradley Tech Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed calls or leads due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
