Every new client gets their first 3 months of service free, on any plan. Here's exactly what happens after the trial ends, depending on how you choose to pay.
If you choose a month-to-month plan, your service is free for the first 3 months. The one-time setup fee for your chosen tier is due right away, at signup. Starting in month 4, you'll be billed the regular monthly rate for the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
If you choose a 12-month commitment, your service is free for the first 3 months. Instead of paying the one-time setup fee up front, it is spread evenly across the 12 months of your commitment, starting with your first billed month (month 4) and continuing through month 15 — with no interest applied. Your monthly invoice during that period is simply your regular plan rate plus your setup-fee installment.
A client on the Receptionist + Follow-Up plan ($497/mo, $349 one-time setup) who signs a 12-month commitment pays $0 for months 1–3. Starting month 4, they're billed $497 + a $349 ÷ 12 = $29.08 setup installment each month, interest-free, until the setup fee is fully paid off.
