You are responsible for providing accurate business information used to configure your AI receptionist, for reviewing call scripts and persona settings before go-live, and for ensuring you have the right to use any business data, recordings, or materials you share with us.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, or to configure your AI receptionist in a way that is deceptive, abusive, or violates applicable telecommunications or consumer protection laws.
Our AI receptionist is designed to handle calls naturally and accurately, but as with any automated system, occasional errors or missed information may occur. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Ai Sales Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost leads, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
